William Tolbert Forkner 
William Tolbert was born on October 7th, 1866.1 William Tolbert's father was Jessee Forkner and his mother was Martha C Tolbert. His paternal grandparents were James Faulkner and Susannah King. He had three brothers named Henry Allen, Clarence Elsworth and Jesse Clayton. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 88 on November 5th, 1954.1 -
