Henry Allen Forkner 
Henry Allen was born on September 29th, 1869.1 Henry Allen's father was Jessee Forkner and his mother was Martha C Tolbert. His paternal grandparents were James Faulkner and Susannah King. He had three brothers named William Tolbert, Clarence Elsworth and Jesse Clayton. He was the second oldest of the four children.-
