Frances Cooper 
Frances was born about 1838.1 Frances' father was Charles Wesley Cooper and her mother was Josephine Titus. Her paternal grandparents were John D Cooper and Margaret (Peggy) White. She had two brothers and two sisters, named John Newton, William Egan, Margaret and Mary Ann. She was the second youngest of the five children.-
