Ida was born in 1879.1 Ida's father was Edward Neddie Combs and her mother was Armina Smyth. Her maternal grandparents were William Smyth and Elizabeth Ramsy Orr. She had a brother named John W. She was the older of the two children. She died in Bronchitis.1 -
