James Stewart Boyd 
James Stewart was born on June 24th, 1836. James Stewart's father was Stewart Boyd and his mother was Margaret Hammond. His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Boyd and Sarah Boyd; his maternal grandparents were Matthew Hammond and Ann Jane Madill. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John William (Wesley), William Stewart, Sarah and Mary. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 76 on August 12th, 1912.-
