James Boyd 
James was born in 1856. James' father was Joseph Boyd and his mother was Jane Hammond. His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Boyd and Sarah Boyd; his maternal grandparents were Matthew Hammond and Ann Jane Madill. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Nathaniel, Matthew, Joseph, Henry, Elizabeth, Sarah Ann, Mary Jane, Isabella and Margaret. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 10 in 1866.-
