Laura Edna was born on May 20th, 1875 in Perry, TN. Laura Edna's father was Thomas Taylor Barry and her mother was Jamima Mima Peace. Her paternal grandparents were William A.F. Barry and Jane Meriwether Taylor. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Valentine Daniel, William Alvin, Lula and Minnie Darling. She was the second oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 91 on July 5th, 1966 in Sikeston, Scott, MO. She was buried after July 5th, 1966 in Tiptonville, Lake, TN.-
