Karoline Amalie von Hessen-Philippsthal 
Karoline Amalie was born in 1728. Karoline Amalie's father was Karl von Hessen-Philippsthal and her mother was Kathariene Christine von Sachsen-Eisenach. Her paternal grandparents were Philipp von Hessen-Philippsthal and Katharine Amalie von Solms-Laubach. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Wilhelm, Friedrich, Charlotte Amalie and Philippine. She was the second oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 18 in 1746.
