Friedrich von Hessen-Philippsthal 
Friedrich was born in 1729. Friedrich's father was Karl von Hessen-Philippsthal and his mother was Kathariene Christine von Sachsen-Eisenach. His paternal grandparents were Philipp von Hessen-Philippsthal and Katharine Amalie von Solms-Laubach. He had a brother and three sisters, named Wilhelm, Karoline Amalie, Charlotte Amalie and Philippine. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 22 in 1751.
