Maximilian von Hessen-Kassel 
Maximilian was born in 1894. Maximilian's father was Friedrich Karl Landgraf von Hessen-Kassel and his mother was Margarete von Preussen. His paternal grandparents were Friedrich Wilhelm von Hessen-Kassel and Anna von Preussen. He had five brothers named Friedrich Wilhelm, Wolfgang Moritz, Philipp Landgraf, Christoph and Richard. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 20 in 1914.-
