Frank Calloway Thornton 
Frank Calloway was born on September 24th, 1854.1 Frank Calloway's father was Dozier Thornton and his mother was Jane M. Fortson. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Thornton and Sarah R. Upshaw; his maternal grandparents were Jesse Fortson and Mary Ballinger White. He had six brothers named Thomas D., William Marion, John Calvin, James Henry, Isham Hamilton and Joseph Dozier. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 74 on May 22nd, 1929.1 -
