Heinrich Peter was born on June 26th, 1792 in Hoelken, Westfalen, Preussen.1 Heinrich Peter's father was Peter Caspar Kotting and his mother was Maria Catharina Flasdieck. His paternal grandparents were Hans Peter Arnold Kotting and Anna Christina Karweg; his maternal grandparents were Peter Caspar Flasdieck and Maria Catharina Flockenhaus. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Johannes Caspar, Peter Gottfried, Johannes Peter, Peter David, Peter Caspar, Anna Catherina, Maria Elisabeth and Catharina Wilhelmina.1 -
