Sarah Fortson 
Sarah was born about 1804.1 Sarah's father was Richard Fortson and her mother was Lucy Tate Arnold. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Fortson and Rachel Winn; her maternal grandparents were William Arnold and Susannah Tate. She had four brothers and four sisters, named William, Tavner W., Benjamin Winn, James Thomas, Mary, Susan Tate, Mildred and Elizabeth.1 -
