James Thomas Fortson 
James Thomas was born on March 9th, 1818.1 James Thomas' father was Richard Fortson and his mother was Lucy Tate Arnold. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Fortson and Rachel Winn; his maternal grandparents were William Arnold and Susannah Tate. He had three brothers and five sisters, named William, Tavner W., Benjamin Winn, Sarah, Mary, Susan Tate, Mildred and Elizabeth. He died at the age of 68 on April 4th, 1886.1 -
