Reuben Doane 
Reuben was born on July 10th, 1804 in Brookfield, MA.1 Reuben's father was Reuben Doane and his mother was Hannah Slayton. His maternal grandparents were Phinihas Slaton and Eleanor Morey. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Isaac, John Alexander, George Lafayette, Diana, Hannah, Almira, Lucy Adelaide, Adaline Augusta, Mercy Angeline and Lodowska. He was the second oldest of the eleven children.1 -
