William Henry Cooper 
William Henry was born in Meigs Co., TN.1 William Henry's father was Elbert Emberson Cooper and his mother was Nancy Wann. His paternal grandparents were Henry Cooper and Patience Back. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Daniel Jackson, Jacob Calvin, Riley Davis, John Emerson, Elbert Woods, James Shelby, Elizabeth Ann, Sarah Jane, Louisa Ellen, Lydia Margaret and Nancy Patience. He died on August 20th, 1911 in Stayton, OR.1 -
