Henri De Witthem 
Henri De was born about 1440. Henri De's father was Henri De Witthem and his mother was Jacqueline De Glymes. His paternal grandparents were Henri De Witthem and Marguerite D' Enghien; his maternal grandparents were Jean I De Glymes and Johanna Van Boutershem. He was an only child.
