Silas Williams 
Silas was born on August 5th, 1747 in New Garden Mm, Guilford, NC. Silas' father was Richard Williams and his mother was Prudence Beals. His paternal grandfather is George Williams; his maternal grandparents were John II+ Beals and Sarah+ Bowater. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named John, Jesse, Richard, Mathias, Ann, Charity, Prudence, Sarah, Mary, Dorcas and Ruth. He was the third oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 83 on January 10th, 1831 in Champaign, OH.General Notes
