John Richard West 
John Richard was born on July 28th, 1758 in England. John Richard's father was John West and his mother was Mary Wynyard. His paternal grandparents were John West and Charlotte MacCarthy. He was an only child. He died at the age of 37 on July 28th, 1795.General Notes
