John West 
John was born on April 4th, 1693 in England. John's father was John West and his mother is Margaret Freeman. His paternal grandfather was Charles West and his paternal grandmother is Anne Wild. He was an only child. He died at the age of 72 on March 22nd, 1766.General Notes
