Ruprecht V Von was born about 1422. Ruprecht V Von's father was Philipp I Von Virneburg and his mother is Katharina Von Saffenberg. His paternal grandparents were Ruprecht IV Von Virneburg and Agnes Von Solms; his maternal grandparents are Wilhelm Von Saffenberg and Mechtild Von Reifferscheid. He had a brother and two sisters, named Wilhelm Von, Mechtild Von and Agnes Von. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died in 1459.General Notes
