Frances was born about 1632 in Stepheny, Middlesex, England. Frances' father was William+ Vassal and her mother was Anna+ King. Her paternal grandparents were John Du+ Vassal and Anne+ Russell; her maternal grandfather was George+ King and her maternal grandmother is Jeanne+ Lorran.
