Henry was born on January 25th, 1771 in Long Newton, Durham, England. Henry's father was Henry Vane and his mother was Frances Tempest. His paternal grandparents were George Vane and Anne Machon. He was an only child. He died at the age of 42 on August 7th, 1813.General Notes
