Payn De+ was born on November 11th, 1279 in Carmarthen Castle, Caernarvonshire, Wales. Payn De+'s father was Robert De+ Tybotot and his mother is Eve De+ Chaworth. His maternal grandparents were Patrick De+ Chaworth and Hawise De+ Londres. He had a sister named Auda De+. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 34 on June 24th, 1314 in Battle of Bannockburn, Stirling, Scotland.General Notes

"Pain de Tibetot, who, serving in the Scottish wars, during the latter part of the reign of Edward I, was summoned to Parliament as a Baron. Upon the accession of Edward II, in 1307, served from March 10, 1308, to Nov. 25, 1313. He was subsequently Justice of the Forests beyond Trent, and Governor of the Castle of Northampton. His lordship, who made several campaigns into Scotland, fell eventually at the Battle of Strivelin, anno 1314. He married Agnes, daughter of William
