Marie Anne De La was born on September 10th, 1676. Marie Anne De La's father was Francois De La Tremoille and her mother was Yolande Julie De La Tremoille. Her paternal grandparents were Philippe De La Tremoille and Madeleine De Champrond; her maternal grandparents were Louis II De La Tremoille and Renee Julie Aubery. She was an only child.
