Philippe Ignace De was born on December 17th, 1685. Philippe Ignace De's father was Octave Joseph De Trazegnies and his mother is Marie Anne De Wissocq. His paternal grandparents were Giles Othon De Trazegnies and Jacqueline De Lalaing. He had a brother named Ferdinand Octave De. He was the younger of the two children.
