Jean De was born about 1485. Jean De's father was Jean De Trazegnies and his mother is Sibylle De Ligne. His paternal grandparents were Anselme Hamal De Trazegnies and Maria Von Arnemuyden; his maternal grandparents were Michel De LIgne and Bonne D' Abbeville. He was an only child.
