Marguerite De was born about 1292. Marguerite De's father was Guy II De Thouars and her mother was Marguerite De Brienne. Her paternal grandparents were Aymery VIII De Thouars and Marguarite De Lusignan; her maternal grandparents were Jean III De Brienne and Beatrice De Chatillon. She had two brothers named Hugues II De and Jean I De. She is the youngest of the three children.General Notes
