Guillaume De was born about 1256. Guillaume De's father is Hugues De Parthenay and his mother is Valence De Lusignan. His paternal grandfather is Guillaume IV De Parthenay and his paternal grandmother was Amiable De Rancon; his maternal grandparents are Guillaume De Lusignan and Marquise De Mauleon.
