Gertrude was born in 1588 in Overton, Longueville, Huntingdonshire, England. Gertrude's father was Henry Talbot and her mother was Elizabeth Reynel. Her paternal grandparents were George Talbot and Gertrude Manners. She was an only child. She died at the age of 61 in 1649.
