John Stewart 
John was born on March 15th, 1736. John's father was Alexander Stewart and his mother was Catherine Cochrane. His paternal grandparents were James Stewart and Catherine Montgomery; his maternal grandparents were John Cochrane and Ann Murray. He had four sisters named Susannah, Margaret, Charlotte and Harriet. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 70 on November 13th, 1806.General Notes
