William Crichton 
William was born about 1605 in Sanquhar, Dumfries, Scotland. William's father was William Crichton and his mother is Euphemia Seton. His paternal grandfather was William Crichton and his paternal grandmother is Katharine Carmichael; his maternal grandparents are James Seton and Janet Cranstoun. He was an only child.
