Janet was born about 1418. Janet's father was John+ Seton and her mother is Catherine+ Sinclair. Her paternal grandfather was William+ Seton and her paternal grandmother is Janet+ Fleming; her maternal grandfather was John+ Saint Clare and her maternal grandmother is Elizabeth+ Polwarth.
