Karl Von was born on January 19th, 1708 in Berlin, Germany. Karl Von's father was August Von Sayn-Wittgenstein-Hohenstein and his mother was Concordia Von Sayn-Wittgenstein-Vallendar. His paternal grandparents were Gustav Von Sayn-Wittgenstein-Hohenstein and Anne Helene De La Place; his maternal grandparents were Friedrich Von Sayn-Wittgenstein-Vallendar and Charlotte Luise Von Leiningen. He was an only child. He died at the age of 48 on June 9th, 1756 in Wittenstein.General Notes
