Maria Anna Von was born on June 17th, 1683. Maria Anna Von's father was Johann Adolf I Von Sachsen and her mother was Johanna Magdalena Von Sachsen. Her paternal grandparents were August I Von Sachsen and Anna Maria Von Mecklenburg-Schwerin. She had a sister named Magdalena Sibylla Von. She was the younger of the two children.
