Edzard II Von was born on June 20th, 1532. Edzard II Von's father was Enno II Von Ostfriesland and his mother was Anna Von Oldenburg. His paternal grandparents were Edzard I Von Ostfriesland and Elizabeth Von Rietberg; his maternal grandparents were Johann XIV Von Oldenburg and Anna Von Anhalt-Zerbst. He was an only child.
