Helene Von was born about 1272. Helene Von's father was Johann I Von Sachsen-Lauenburg and her mother was Ingeborg Folkungaatten. Her paternal grandparents were Albrecht I Von+ Sachsen and Helene+ Guelph; her maternal grandparents were Birger+ Folkungaatten and Ingeborg+ Erikatten. She had a brother named Erich I Von.
