Otto I Von D'Ascanie+ was born on June 21st, 1126. Otto I Von D'Ascanie+'s father was Albrecht I De Bar D'+ Ascanie and his mother was Sophie Von+ Winzenburg. His paternal grandparents were Otton D'+ Ascanie and Eilika Von+ Sachsen; his maternal grandparents were Hermann I Von+ Winzenburg and Hedwig Von+ Weimar. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Herman I D'+, Bernard III D'+, Sibylle D'+ and Hedwige D'+. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 57 on March 7th, 1184.General Notes
