Rachel was born about 1700 in Strentham, Surrey, England. Rachel's father was Wriothesley Russell and her mother was Elizabeth Howland. Her paternal grandparents were William Russell and Rachel Wriothesley. She had two brothers named Wriothesley and John. She was the oldest of the three children. She died on May 22nd, 1777 in Little Gaddesdon, Herefordshire, England.General Notes
