Rachel Dorothy was born about 1820. Rachel Dorothy's father was Jesse Rushton and her mother is Rachel Hobson. Her paternal grandfather was William A. Rushton and her paternal grandmother is Mary Dougherty; her maternal grandfather was George III Hobson and her maternal grandmother is Elizabeth Radcliffe. She had two brothers and a sister, named William R., George Hobson and Elizabeth. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died on May 29th, 1875 in Hendricks Co., IN.General Notes
