Jean De La was born about 1433. Jean De La's father was Foucauld III De La Rochefoucauld and his mother is Jeanne De Rochechouart. His paternal grandfather was Gui VIII De La Rochefoucauld and his paternal grandmother is Marguerite De Craon; his maternal grandparents were Geoffroi De Rochechouart and Marguerite Chenin. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Jean II De and Catherine De. He died about 1471.General Notes
