Newton Rennels 
Newton was born in 1843 in Hutton Twp., Coles Co., IL. Newton's father was William Henry Harrison Rennels and his mother was Susan Snooky Ingram. His paternal grandparents were John+ Rennels and Nancy+ Ewing. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Riley, Marion, John Henry, Armilda, Elizabeth and Mary. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 48 in 1891 in Hutton Twp., Coles Co., IL.General Notes
