Harvey L. was born about 1822 in Scott, IN. Harvey L.'s father is Eleazar Rawlings and his mother was Louisiana Eastin. His maternal grandparents were Philip Eastin and Sarah Ann Hite Smith. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Leroy, Moses M., Melvina and Celestina. He was the oldest of the five children. He died in Danville, Hendricks, IN >1860.General Notes
