Marguerite De was born about 1320. Marguerite De's father was Aymar V De Poitiers-Valentinois and her mother was Sybille Des Baux. Her paternal grandparents are Aymar IV De Poitiers-Valentinois and Hippolyte De Bourgogne; her maternal grandfather was Bertrand Des Baux and her maternal grandmother is Philippine De Poitiers-Valentinois. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Louis I De, Charles I De, Agathe De and Leonore De. She is the second youngest of the five children.General Notes
