Francis Plowden 
Francis was born about 1704. Francis' father was Francis Plowden and his mother was Mary Stafford-Howard. His maternal grandparents were John Stafford-Howard and Mary Southcote. He had a sister named Mary. He was the younger of the two children. He died in 1788.General Notes
