William Paulet 
William was born about 1570 in Winchester, Hampshire, England. William's father was William Paulet and his mother is Anne Howard. His paternal grandfather was John Paulet and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Willoughby; his maternal grandparents were William Howard and Catherine Broughton. He was an only child.
