Margareta Von was born on January 1st, 1500. Margareta Von's father was Edzard I Von Ostfriesland and her mother was Elizabeth Von Rietberg. Her maternal grandparents were Johann I Von Rietberg and Margareta Zur Lippe. She had two brothers named Enno II Von and Johann Von. She was the oldest of the three children.
