William Orchard 
William was born on July 26th, 1801 in Madison County, KY. William's father was Alexander Orchard and his mother was Sarah Salley Owens. His paternal grandparents are John Orchard and Agnes X. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Levi, James, Nancy and Joicey. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 69 on December 4th, 1870 in Coles County, IL.General Notes
