Penelope Noel 
Penelope was born about 1610. Penelope's father was Edward Noel and her mother was Juliana Hicks. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Noel and Mabel Harrington; her maternal grandparents were Baptist Hicks and Elizabeth May. She had a brother named Baptist.
