Anna Maria Von was born on March 3rd, 1589 in Dillenburg. Anna Maria Von's father was Johann II Von Nassau-Siegen and her mother was Magdalena Von Waldeck-Wildungen. Her paternal grandparents were Johann VI Von Nassau-Dillenburg and Elizabeth Von Leuchtenberg; her maternal grandparents were Philipp Von Waldeck-Wildungen and Jutta Von Isenburg. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Johann Von, Wilhelm Von, Elizabeth Von and Juliana Von. She was the second youngest of the five children. She had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Georg Friedrich Von, Heinrich Von, Philipp Ludwig II Von, Louise Christine Von and Amalie Von.
